The Problem of Big-Shot-Itus
The way of fixing our issues with monetary expansion beyond output is that there is a bad case of Big-Shot-Itus at both the Federal Reserve and the Mises Institute that has to be addressed. I can't get Janet Yellen to talk, nor can I get the Lew Rockwell's bunch to talk, at the moment.
Trained under Mahatma Gandhi's fifth grandson, Arun Gandhi and other Gandhian intellectuals, it is just a matter or time and resources expended to break down this big-shot-itus problem.
"Pride goeth before destruction" (Proverbs 16:18). Pride is the cause of all human conflict. The Gandhian approach is to refocus everyone in the dispute on truth in a way in which the participants are embarrassed not to sit down and resolve their differences.
Lew Rockwell and the boys at Mises are gonna need a dose of Gandhian reality to get them to the table with Janet Yellen, so here I come to spend the last year of my life with diabetes on the Mises' pride before I can deal with the Fed's pride.
